The Friskmaster water-resistant, heavy-duty, black leather glove is designed to meet Police and Military specifications. It is manufactured from top quality, ultra thin leather with an inner lining of Powershield that provides more protection from knife cuts and slashes than any other flexible glove currently available.
The inner lining of the rugged Friskmaster Glove exceeds Level 5 specifications. The cut-resistant lining is made from Powershield material, which is a combination of Spektra, fibreglass and polyester. When a Friskmaster Glove was tested against a glove using all-Spektra material, the Friskmaster Glove showed a remarkable 10 times more cut-resistance.
The European Community requires officers to wear no less than a Level 5 rated cut-resistant glove (the highest possible rating) - the Friskmaster Glove scored double the minimum score required to achieve Level 5 status!
