The Hydraulic Force Tool is a specialist tactical breaching tool designed for use by police and rescue services. It provides maximum force in minimal time to open the most heavily fortified doors.
The system is supplied complete with manually operated hydraulic pump, hose, cylinder and jaw assembly, with a storage box, together with a hammer and pry bar. Opposite the jaw teeth, an anvil surface is struck with the hammer, forcing the jaws of the spreader between the door and jamb. When the pump is activated the Hydraulic Force Tool exerts up to 20,000 pounds of force in approximately 20 to 30 seconds to spread open the door 4 inches (101.6mm) from the jamb.
Once the door is loosened from the jamb the pry bar is then used to separate the door from the jamb.
The Hydraulic Force Tool’s 4 inch spreader can also be used to prise open car bonnet/boots, burglar bars, gates etc. It can also be supplied with mini cutter, which has over 17,0000 pounds of cutting force, as an optional extra
